Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Model Talent Scout and Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and coordinating models for various high-profile events, including Fashion Weeks, editorial photoshoots, and model house placements. You will play a critical role in ensuring our brand is represented by the best talent and in building strong relationships within the modeling industry.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Scouting
- Identify and recruit new modeling talent through social media, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with modeling agencies, scouts, and independent models.
- Attend casting calls, fashion shows, and other events to scout new talent.
Model Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule model participation for Fashion Weeks, photoshoots, and other events.
- Handle logistics including travel arrangements, accommodations, and contracts for models.
- Ensure models meet all event requirements and deadlines.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with models, agencies, and industry professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for models, providing support and guidance throughout their engagement.
Brand Representation
- Represent our brand at industry events, promoting our values and vision.
- Ensure all models reflect the brand's image and standards.
Administration
- Maintain organized records of model contracts, schedules, and communications.
- Prepare reports on recruitment efforts, model performance, and event outcomes.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
